Prof. Reshma Ghorpade is a Lecturer at YMT College of Management since July 2010. Prior to Ymt College of Management she was working with JSPM group of Institutes, pune for 2 Years as Lecturer. She was associated with D.Y. Patil College, pune as a visiting faculty. She has 3 years of experience in the areas of networking and business development with reputed banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank. By qualification she is a Post Graduate in Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth , Shivaji University and a Agriculture Graduate from College of Agriculture, pune, MPKV Rahuri University.

Prof. Reshma Ghorpade has taught courses like Marketing Management, Consumer behaviour, Industrial Marketing & CRM, Service Marketing etc.

Prof. Reshma Ghorpade has presented papers in national & International Conference on the subjects like Ambuish Marketing, Ethics in Advertising.

Apart from Academics Prof. Reshma looks after Industry Institute interface where YMT College of Management remains in continuous touch with the industry for overall development of the management students. She is also a part of Exam Committee of YMT College of Management
