YMT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT
Lays a lot of emphasis on research based learning. Hear, we encourage application based approach to the the subjects rather than role-learning.
Our faculty member are endowed with the special capacity to abstract a problem conceptualize it and then solve it in the conceptual domain.Every topic is designed and approached in such a way that the students develop a very logical and rational way of mastering the subjects.
There are numerous case-studies and case lets which enhance the understanding of the topic. A dedicated SPSS lab and expert faculty in research go along way in fulfilling the institute aim of becoming a full fledged research centre.
The institute is also keen on partnering with the industry in applied research in the areas of management and technology. The students and faculty member are constantly urged to write articles for leading journals and present research papers in various other institutes
