Objectives:-

The primary objective of the grievance redressal cell is to develop a responsive and accoundtable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.

The cell deals with any form of grievances received in writing from the students about any of the following matters :-

Academic matters :- timely issue of duplicate mark-sheet, transfer certificates , conduct certificates of other examination related matters.

Financial matters :- Any Dues and Payments for various items from library, hostel, etc.

Others matters :- Related to sanitation, Lack of infrastructural facilities, discrimination, victimisation, availability of transport etc

The Redressal cell constitutes select faculty members of the institute and all cases are attended promptly on receipt of written grievance from the students in the suggestion box.

The cell meets to review all the and prepare statistical report about the number of the cases received and pending. It promotes and maintains a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. It ensures effective solution to students grievances with an impartial and fair approach
