Dr. C. Babu has been in the profession of teaching and educational administration for the past 23 years. Having completed his Masters degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamraj University in Tamilnadu, he acquired his Ph.D for his work on Strategic Management from Gurukul Kangdi University, Haridwar.

Dr. Babu is the founder Dean of School of Management and Media Studies, Dehradun. In the year 2002, he was instrumental in the setting up of institutes of repute in four disciplines namely- Management, Engineering, Media Studies and Hotel Management. He was also the guiding force behind the setting up of LD Institute of Management at New Delhi which is affiliated to Guru Gobind Indraprastha University. Prior to his current assignment, Dr. Babu held the position of Asst. Director, Global Leadership Center, at ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai.

Dr. Babu is currently working as the Director of YMT College of Management since January 2008. He has held leadership positions in various social organizations and is also a member of several professional associations.

Dr. Mrinalin iKohojkar has completed her MA M.Phil and PhD in the field of Economics from the University of Mumbai. She started her career from banking industry and now has over 31 years of experience in the academic field.

She has presented many research papers at different conferences and seminars.

Teaching is her passion and curriculum development is her expertise. Currently she is taking keen interest in developing, promoting and supporting entrepreneurship at various educational institutions. She has successfully completed Entrepreneurship Educational Course jointly delivered by Stanford Technology Venture Program, National Entrepreneurship Network and Wadhwani Foundation.

Prof. Tasneem Khidir has completed her B.Pharm and MBA (Marketing) from Pune University. She is pursuing her PhD from SNDT University. She has 14 years of academic experience.

She has presented and published number of papers in International and National conferences. Her areas of interest include Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Retail Management and Services Management. Her teaching pedagogy includes assignments on concepts discussed in the class supplemented with case study analysis.

She has been associated with University of Mumbai's Exam Department. Her skills include Classroom Management, Course and Lesson Planning, Subject Knowledge. She has continuously been guiding students with their projects. She has been mentoring student throughout her career.

She is Goal oriented has Team spirit is Innovative and Optimistic. Her strength is dedication towards any task given to her is focused on improvement of her overall abilities. She believes that there is no shortcut for success other than hard work and practice. For her learning is a continuous process.

Prof. Reshma Ghorpade is a Lecturer at YMT College of Management since July 2010. Prior to Ymt College of Management she was working with JSPM group of Institutes, pune for 2 Years as Lecturer. She was associated with D.Y. Patil College, pune as a visiting faculty. She has 3 years of experience in the areas of networking and business development with reputed banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank. By qualification she is a Post Graduate in Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth , Shivaji University and a Agriculture Graduate from College of Agriculture, pune, MPKV Rahuri University.

Prof. Reshma Ghorpade has taught courses like Marketing Management, Consumer behaviour, Industrial Marketing & CRM, Service Marketing etc.

Prof. Reshma Ghorpade has presented papers in national & International Conference on the subjects like Ambuish Marketing, Ethics in Advertising.

Apart from Academics Prof. Reshma looks after Industry Institute interface where YMT College of Management remains in continuous touch with the industry for overall development of the management students. She is also a part of Exam Committee of YMT College of Management

Prof. Jameel has varied experiences to his credit from Industry as well as Academics.

He has an industry experience of Twelve years in the areas Sales and Marketing. For last six years he is in the field of Academics and has taught subjects in Marketing and Human Resource. His core subject of teaching Consumer behavior, Supply chain Management, Services Marketing.

Prof. Jameel has completed M.Com, MBA from Dr. B.A.M.University Aurangabad. He has presented research paper on “Key India’s Success in 2020”.

He has successfully organized and managed with Police dept.”Guru-ta-Gaddi” in Nanded the Program was celebrated by the Sikhs upon completion of 300 years of the inception of the Sikh Religion

Teaching Philosophy

He believes that the classroom should be a fun and relaxed environment which challenges and prompts students to actively participate in the learning process with the goal of improving their higher-order cognitive and decision making skills.

He is a Computer Engineer and a MBA with specialization in Marketing from Mumbai University.

He has an industry experience of 04 years, handling sales, marketing and corporate communication and has academic experience of 01 year. He has rich experience in working with media, MR & PR agencies. He has worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd in their Enterprise Service division and CORE Education & Technologies Ltd, Mumbai for 03 years. Also, he has strong grip on new-age marketing spaces such as awareness advertising, CSR-related marketing, internet marketing, social media marketing, SERP's, website designing and so on.

He has worked as a member of corporate residential brand communication team with excellent communication, good inter-personal skills and people management skills and collaboratively working with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.

His strong inclination towards sports like volleyball, cricket etc and quiz competitions makes him a team player.

He has presented research papers like 'Semiotics & Sensory Marketing' and many at various academic platforms. He was also actively involved in conducting several seminars and events during his academic and corporate tenure.

He is open to discussions on diverse topics from marketing, politics, policy making, and social reforms to current market conditions.

Dr. Seema Unnikrshnan is an Asstistant Professor in the Department of Management at DR. G.D. POL FOUNADATION, YMT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT, where she has taught subjects of HR since 2007.

She has done B.sc from Mumbai University, MBA from Shivaji University, M.phil from Alagappa University. She has been conferred Ph.D from Dr. D.Y.Patil University.

Her teaching experience is more than a decade and with 4 years of industrial experience. She has published one International and seven National level research papers.

She served as a Lecturer at PILLAI'S INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT from 2001-2007. She joined as a scientific service officer at Sanofi-Torrent in the marketing department and as Territory Sales Manager at US Vitamins.

She is more focused on sharing the latest techniques, trends and Philosophy in Management studies by identifying the company’s requirements with the interactive sessions and group tasks which nurture the business talents thus ensuring stability towards enduring values in principle and practice. She has been assisting the students in the field of Marketing and HR as a Project Guide.

Dr..Deepa Nair is a faculty in the area of Behavioral Sciences with an experience of 9 years in academics. With a 3rd rank for MSW from M.G University, Kerala and an M.Sc. Degree in (Psychology) from the University of Madras she has also the good fortune to do her B.A.(Honors) in English from the Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore's famed university at Santiniketan.
She has completed her Ph.D (in Management) from Padmasree Dr. D Y Patil University. At YMT College of Management she takes subjects like Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Managerial Process Skills, High Performance Leadership, Building a Learning Organization, Stress Management, Market Research and Research Methodology.

Ms.Swati Padoshi has more than a decade of work experience. She has experience in both teaching as well as corporate. She has completed her Masters in Business Management from Pune University; with specialization in HR. Currently she is pursuing her PhD from a well known University of India.

In her corporate experience she has handled all the gamuts of HR. Her last corporate experience was as Head - HR & Training in a well known healthcare company.

In her academic role she has handled subjects such as, Organizational behavior, High Performance Leadership, Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, Organizational Development, Business Ethics & Entrepreneurship Management. Apart from academic obligations she has actively been associated with committees such as Placement, Social Service, Discipline, Conference; etc.

She has been a mentor, guide, counselor and source of strength & knowledge for her students.

She is currently working as Assistant Professor at YMT College of Management.

Prof. Japita Bhowmik holds a Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management and Personnel Management.

With 6 years of work experience, Prof. Japita Bhowmik has taken care of several assignments during her corporate experience from forming appraisal system for developing internal policies for organization.

She has also been a part of core faculty team at Pillai HOC campus for 3 years and has presented few papers in both national and international seminars. Her interest areas are in the field of OB and HR.

Apart from core teaching area. She has also acts as a mentor to the students for their projects and assignments and also a team player in several co curricular activities.

Prof. Neha Pandey is presently working as a Lecturer in YMT College of Management, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. She is a B.Sc. Graduate from K.J. Somaiya College, Mumbai University and has completed her MMS from Mumbai University.

After completion of MMS, she has worked in corporate for more than two years. She has handled major HR activities during her corporate tenure.

She always had a passion for learning & teaching and so she shifted to academics completely to pursue her passion.

She believes in the saying - "To teach is to learn twice over". Her teaching style includes engaging the class in various activities like case studies, group discussions etc. Her teaching pedagogy includes relating recent trends and her practical experience to the management theories for better understanding of concepts.

Her areas of interests are Quantitative Techniques and HR.

Prof. Nalini is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from University of Delhi and an MBA in Finance from PUMBA, University of Pune.

She has over 15 years of experience in various sectors in the industry including consumer durables, education, ship breaking and the social sector. During her industry stint, she has held senior positions and was involved in preparing Annual financial statements, bank loan proposals, project budgeting and management.

Prof. Nalini has been teaching MMS students for the past 7 years. Her core subjects are Finance and Accounting. She is currently pursuing her research in Corporate Social Responsibility. She is sincere, committed to her work and loves to interact with her students.

Prof. Mrinal has completed her MMS (Finance) from Mumbai University & an alumnus of YMT college of management. She has over 5 years of experience in the field of teaching. Her areas of interest includes Financial Accounting, Cost & management Accounting, Financial management, Mergers & Acquisitions.

She has presented & published research papers in National & International conference on mergers & Acquisitions, portfolio management. She has also got a best paper award for her paper “A Study on Optimal Portfolio Mix: Key Tool for Success of Financial Services.

Presently, she is Secretary of Alumni Association & in charge of the Cultural committee & initiator of first cultural fest. She has also Coordinated CSR Projects and CSR Summit. She believes in teaching should be a blend of theories & practical application making learning process easy & interesting.

Prof. Shweta Wadodkar is a lecturer holding B Pharm degree and PGDM in Finance. She has been associated with the college for more than two years. Her past industry experience of 2.4 years has helped her gain confidence in tackling various subjects like Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Banking and Insurance as well as general subjects like Entrepreneurship management. She is also an active member of the E Cell. Till date she has two papers published. In addition to the above mentioned qualifications she has also enrolled for MMS course and is keen at pursuing PhD in future.

Prof. Oshma has completed her MBA (Finance) from University of Mysore and M. Phil from Annamalai University. She has been teaching MMS students for the past 4 years and has 2 years of industry experience. She is pursuing her Ph. D from JJT University.

Her areas of interest are Accounting, Security and Portfolio Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and General Management subjects.

She has acted as an examiner for assessment of the answer books of MMS students of University of Mumbai. She has presented many research papers at different conferences and has publications to her account. She is sincere, committed to her work, focused on improvement of her overall abilities and loves to interact with her students

She is currently working as Lecturer at YMT College of Management.

Meenakshi Gupta has completed her B.Com; M.Com & MCM from Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur (C.G).She had Honors degree in MCM. Now pursuing PGDBM from Pune University.

She has 5 yrs of academic experience with leading B-Schools of Pune and 1 year of industrial experience in to web development with clients like Arkestateagency site-Barbados, Ebizbasic Training site etc. Got the approval as a Faculty from Pune University in the year 2008.

Her key areas of interest are Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Information System, Business Application, IT Governance & Compliances and Internet & Web Technology. She presented research paper named as "ERP System in Higher education - A Literature review & Challenges" in a national conference.

Apart from teaching experience dealt with - Education ERP System, Plagiarism Software named as Ephorus, headed the institute website & Alumni Bulletin, Conduced many events such as Convocation, Alumni Meet, Management Games, IT Games.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA with specialization in HR. He has worked with Fiat International Limited, formerly The Premier Automobiles Limited, for fifteen years and was involved with the development and manufacturing of its various models like Premier Padmini, 118 NE, Uno at its Kurla, Mumbai factory.

He also has over nine years of teaching and administrative experience in academics and deals with essentially quantitative subjects as well as operations and human resource.

He was deputed to Kansas City U.S.A. under faculty exchange programme. He was associated with Pittsburg State University and had the opportunity of interacting with their various academic departments to understand their methodology of teaching.

He has also written and presented papers at various conferences in India and was also actively involved in conducting several seminars and training programs.

Prof. Sanjeev Kadam is basically a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He is enriched with 17+ years of versatile military experience in mechanical engineering operations & maintenance field. He is specially trained on Surface to Air Guided Weapon (SAGW) systems in Indian Air Force. To his credit , he has honour of active participation in Operation Vijay (Kargil War-1999) & Operation Parakram (2001).

After his disciplined armed forces stint, he joined Jerry Varghese International, who is a frontrunner group in engineering manpower consultancy. With JVI, he was dealing with various Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Manufacturing Clients from Middle East such as Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, etc.

Thereafter he entered into the field of academics & since last 4 years he is serving as faculty for MMS & MCA in Operations Management department. His areas of interest lies in the field of Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality & Environmental Management.

He has presented various papers at national & international conferences.

Apart from various academic duties, he is an active member of various committees such as sports, cultural, training, hospitality & promotional activities, etc.

Ms. Farheen Ahmad, currently working as a Lecturer & Placement Manager for about a year. She is a B.M.S. graduate & an M.B.A. in Marketing. She has industry experience of more than a year in marketing profile.

She is optimistic & believes in maintaining a positive environment. She represents YMT Institute to industries. She fulfils the tasks of assisting the students bettering their career prospect by providing them need based and result-oriented guidance that help them achieve their need. Her areas of interests are Marketing Management, International Marketing etc.

She has also started her contribution in the research field by submitting her research paper at the National Conference of Management & Technology this year.
