Objectives of the Committee
- To consider the complaints of grievances from female teaching staff, non-teaching staff and girl students.
- To investigate all the complaints/charges thoroughly and professionally within stipulated time.
- To ensure confidentiality and time bound response to the complaints and build confidence abut impartially.
- To undertake motivational and developmental activites for female staff and girl students.
- Tyo sensitize girl students about the demand of corporate life and work culture.
Role of the committee
The Grievance Committee shall consider all grievances submitted in writing by an individual regarding working conditions, eve teasing and any other alleged injustice done to female employee/girl students while discharging their duties/attending sessions at the Institute.

Sub: Letter of Appointment as an Ombudsman
With reference to the AICTE letter no. 1/101/DPG/ AICTE/ Ombudsman/2012 dated 9th July 2012 regarding the appointment of Ombudsman by the AICTE approved Institutions. We have pleasure in appointment you as Ombudsman for our Institute w.e. 1st November, 2012 on the terms and conditions stipulated herein:
- Your appointment will be part time for a period of year starting from 1st November, 2012 to 30th October, 2013.
- You shall be paid consolidated fees of Rs. 5000 per hearing, in addition to the conveyance.
- You shall exercise the powers of the Ombudsman to hear any grievances-
- Of any student against an Institutions, as the case may be after the student has availed of remedies in the Institution for Redressal of grievance; and
- Of any applicant for admission as student to the Institution.
